How do I get more credits?
You can purchase additional credits anytime from the dashboard. Click on your credit balance or visit the pricing section. Credits never expire, so buy only what you need.
Why is my generation taking so long?
AI video generation typically takes 1-3 minutes depending on complexity and server load. If your generation seems stuck, try refreshing the page. Your task will continue in the background.
Can I get a refund for unused credits?
Credits are generally non-refundable. However, if you experience technical issues that prevent generation, contact us and we'll review your case.
How long are my generated files available?
Generated videos and images are stored for 7 days after creation. Make sure to download your content before it expires. You can always regenerate with new credits if needed.
What file formats are supported?
Upload images in JPG, PNG, or WebP format. Videos in MP4, MOV, or WebM. Audio for voiceovers in MP3, WAV, or M4A. All exports are in high-quality MP4.
Can I use generated content commercially?
Yes! All content you create with Clippi is yours to use for personal and commercial purposes. There are no watermarks on paid content and you retain full rights.
