Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Clippi ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Description of Service

Clippi is an AI-powered creative platform that provides tools for video generation, image creation, video and image enhancement, AI voiceovers, and avatar creation. The Service operates on a credit-based system where users purchase credits to access generation features.

Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service.

Credits and Payments

Credit System: The Service operates on a credit-based model. Credits are used to access AI generation features. Different features may require different amounts of credits.

Free Credits: New users receive 200 free credits upon registration. Free credits are subject to the same terms as purchased credits.

Purchases: Credits can be purchased through our payment system. All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law or at our sole discretion.

Credit Expiration: Purchased credits do not expire. We reserve the right to modify pricing and credit costs at any time, with notice provided to users.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  1. Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
  2. Create deepfakes or synthetic media of real individuals without their explicit consent
  3. Generate child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content sexualizing minors
  4. Create content that infringes on intellectual property rights of others
  5. Produce content designed to deceive, defraud, or mislead others
  6. Generate spam, malware, or content for malicious purposes
  7. Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or compromise the Service
  8. Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
  9. Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without authorization
  10. Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law

We reserve the right to terminate accounts and refuse service to anyone who violates these terms.

Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of any content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit that content as necessary to provide the Service.

Generated Content: Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you own the outputs generated by the Service using your inputs. You may use generated content for personal and commercial purposes.

Our Service: The Service, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by Clippi and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our Service without permission.

Content Moderation

We employ automated and manual systems to detect and prevent the creation of prohibited content. We may review content generated through our Service and take action including:

  • Removing or refusing to generate certain content
  • Suspending or terminating accounts that violate our policies
  • Reporting illegal content to appropriate authorities

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLIPPI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Clippi, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Any unused credits may be forfeited upon termination for cause.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Clippi operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
